Course overview

•The qualification focuses on real-world applications of health and social care concepts.

•It covers essential knowledge required for working with children, elderly people, those with disabilities, and other vulnerable groups.

•The course provides a foundation for further study, such as progressing to Level 3 Health and Social Care courses, apprenticeships, or A-Levels.

•Assessment Structure:

•The Cambridge Nationals Level 2 in Health and Social Care consists of mandatory and optional units, assessed through a mix of internally marked coursework and an externally assessed exam.

•These are assessed by teachers, then moderated by OCR.
